Eesti Energia signs 25 million EUR credit facility
On May 18, 2020 Eesti Energia AS's fully owned subsidiary Enefit Green AS has signed a bilateral unsecured revolving credit facility with SEB Pank AS in the amount of 25 million euros. The term of the facility is 5 years. The purpose of the revolving credit facility is to support Enefit Green's growth ambitions while strengthening the subsidiary's liquidity buffer and financial flexibility.
